Teamspeak permission lost after going afk?

Hey i had to go afk for awile and forgot to logout teamspeak next thing i know when i cam back on i was temporarily banned. Someone plz help? and this is cowboys by the way thanks in advance

Hi there,

While you were afk, your connection was constantly dropping and spamming the TS server with joins/dc'ing. We tried moving you to afk and kicking you from TS but, I imagine you have autoconnect enabled?

It was only a 2 hour temp ban and should be up before attunement night.
