I was introduced to MMOs in 1998 when a friend got me hooked on Ultima Online. I have played many other MMOs since then - Asheron's Call, Dark Age of Camelot, WoW, City of Heroes, EVE, Rift, GW2 and even the Sims Online!
Most recently, prior to Wildstar I have been wandering around WoW, mostly solo, questing, leveling alts and going through the motions. My wife is not a gamer, so I tend to have less time online than most folks (10 hours or so) or I can get some serious aggro! Nonetheless, I want to be involved in a guild, have some online buddies and drive toward end game content. Wildstar really seems to be a game that looks to throw people together if they want to experience the most exciting content. Running PUGs just to see the content is about the opposite of what I want. Looking for a guild that mostly wants to learn and ace the runs, but also may want to explore, goof around and try new strategies sometimes.
I have a pretty strong case of Alt-itis, I have 6 toons on Stormtalon (and couldn't resist rolling 6 Dominion noobs on Thunderhoof

Personal stuff - I'm 49. Yeah, ouch. I live in New Hampshire now, but was a Navy brat so I lived up and down the coasts as a kid. As an adult I have lived in San Diego, Petaluma and Seattle in the west as well as north of Boston in Exeter and Rochester in the east. Early in my career I worked for a game company as a developer releasing a submarine simulator that was published by Sierra Online. I've worked for Motorola and at Starbucks Headquarters in Seattle as a Software Test/Quality Assurance Leader. Currently at a small webdev shop and finishing up an online Master's in IT.
Outside of MMOs, I like boardgames, hockey (go B's!!!), watches, and have been known to mumble magic words like Laphroaig and Lagavulin on occasion...

TL:DR - hoping you have space for a guy looking to strengthen the guild rather than dilute it!
