What're everyone's must-have addons for launch?

Post by Trygveseim » Sun May 18, 2014 6:48 pm

Here's hoping the launch won't break the ones we're using.

Ayth_Quest
BijiPlates
ClassicQuestDialog
CustomFoV
GotHUD
GroupRadar
Movable Frames
ProcsHUD

ThreatMeter

The bold ones are the ones I'd be fairly butthurt if they weren't working. The others I can pick up later. Here's hoping! I'm making sure that I export out my config for some of the addons that allow it so I can setup easy on new characters when the time comes.

Playing with the addons and customizable UI was half the fun! Its why I only got one character above 10, and only to 22 :P

I'm going to use the following

Bijiplates
Junkit
Galaxy Meter
Track Master (great for when you get disarmed AKA First boss in Stormtalon)

Once we are raiding I'll probably add Aura Mastery to make seeing the de-buffs bigger.

Hi,

I use:
Bijiplates,
ClassicQuestDialog,
BetterQuestlog
setFoV -- best thing ever for motion sick people.
junkit
scastbar - a wow style cast bar
Aura Mastery -- a must if you plan on raiding!

Bijiplates and Junit. Pretty standard to have.

CheatSimon, because I am lazy when it comes to the simon puzzels :D

Deadlock Extended - I love this, makes it like a true action game.

GalaxyMeter - Because I am always trying to get my dps better

KeybindFreedom - Let's you bind anything. I love having my left mouse button as my builder.

I don't like it that much, but its one of the only games in town at the moment. I'd really like one that shows plates that adjust even if the "head" of the target is offscreen. Everything in this game dwarfs your character and I have to zoom out really far just to see nameplates.

Rolling with pretty much what you all are, also including Deadlock Extended for that action-MMO feel. Works awesome with the telegraphing of abilities.

I'm liking Potatoui for a frame replacement addon.

Others:
Junkit -- requirement for selling junk to vendor
Galaxymeter - DPS meter
ThreatMeter - Threatmeter
ClassicQuestDialog - different quest dialog display similar to WOW
CustomFOV - change field of view
WhereAmI - coordinates
Iconloot -- makes loot a bit more obvious
AMPPurchased

Probably a bunch more at launch.
