Open world?

One of the biggest things for me in a game, is the amount of exploring I can do. I hate games that limit where you can go, reason that SWTOR turned me off quickly. To anyone already in Beta, how does it look? Is it pretty open aka go anywhere anytime? scale mountains? swim in rivers and oceans?

This is something I'm curious about as well... I know on one of their stress tests the held a race from one end of the world to another so I think you're only limited by the mobs that you can survive against
