I am watching the Twitch video for Dragon's Prophet and for those of you that bought a pre-order Dragon Pack: you will now have a place though the apartment area to place your home.
This area should be free for all those that got a home for free from the packs. It will happen after the patch on Wed July 17, 2013
Also Dragon Storage should be in the update. It also sounds like you only be able to use the Flutes in the new area.
To get a ton of info on the game I suggest watching these Videos from the Producers of SOE that can be Link from the Dragon's Prophet Launcher
