Mythic raiding reschedule

With the first 4 weeks of Mythic raiding the first 2 weeks seem to be the best. Since we made it official 2 weeks ago something changed. Seems less ppl showing up making one raid night start later. As well as last night's raid not happening at all. After talking about it with the officers we are planning to take a different approach and hold the combined mythic group on Tuesday.

The reason for Tuesday is the fact we have more people on to pull from in order for the mythic group to progress and move forward. If we kept it in its current state on Saturday we will find our selves recruiting for our mythic raid group and we feel at this time we want the core of the current raid rosters involved before we do any sort of recruitment.

We are also looking with the above change that we will hold our heroic clears for Antorus on the Fridays and alt heroics on Saturdays. But we will flip flop the days in order to get different raiders the chance at getting there Argus kills.

We are also looking at bringing in 1 random member for there chance to see Argus and get there mount as well as there AOTC achievement.

In addition to all if this we are looking for a dedicated tank for the Frost lords raid group. Thanks to super for switching from his rogue to his monk tank in order for the raid group to keep going. But we need a permanent tank.

Everything we try and do is always subject to change. We try and make things clear and available for you prior to when it happens. Sorry for any incovienace that this may cause but with 6 months left of the expansion we are trying to keep you all engaged.

Unfortunately there is a problem with this .....I was told...by an officer....that in order to do the heroic alt night you MUST have a full heroic clear during that week (per super) I havent been raiding due to moving etc RL stuff, but now that we are doing full mythic on 2 of the 3 raid nights and heroic alt night on the other HOW are some of us supposed to do the alt heroic raid night if we dont raid in MYTHIC???.....I have no intentions of raiding at the mythic level but feel its unfair to expect us to not be allowed to run our alts or whatever on the heroic alt night. The rules should be re-examined and possibly changed IMHO!!!

Read Cata’s post again....Mythic is now only on Tuesday....so heroic will still be on Friday and heroic cleanup/alt heroic will still be on Saturday. So you will still be able to do heroic on your main and whatever alt you feel like each week, if you desire.

If these times still don’t work then you can always use the Group Finder and pug a group. Myself and other do this all the time if we are unable to attend the actual raid nights.

For me personally I am just not interested in Mythic raiding, it wasn't the fact that it was Saturday. I am not saying that is the case for everyone, but just letting you know so you know not to expect me for Mythic.

If I can't make it to the regular heroic run, can I bring my main to the alt heroic? I think I remember hearing or seeing something about this being allowed/encouraged, but wanted to double check.

If you miss any run its encouraged to bring your main raiding toon. Not only does it help you get better gear and more knowledge it also helps get the Alt / Open raid running more smooth.
