Raid Roster 2.0

Starting on tuesday the 29th of November we there is going to be a new raid roster. The reason for this is simple. We started out with the idea of with doing 2 raid groups and our goal was to make everything even. as of late it has not been. 1 group is pushing through at a crazy rate. Its amazing... but...

With everything that goes on in our guild we all must look at the big picture of fair when it comes to raiding. When one team is stomping the other its time to look at it. All of our members need to come to the same realization that we are an accomplished casual guild that thrives on assisting each other out. We are always here to help and to push forward as a team.... as a guild.... as a whole. When one person struggles we all struggle. We all have different play styles but we are in grievance because of its family atmosphere and all the major principles that our guild has. Which is Family - Honor - Loyalty. I.. as the guild leader. Even though some times i will be wrong must look for the best out come. Its rough. Its hard. and i do lose hair over it. But at the end of the day i look out for the guild.

So again on tuesday the 29th of November there is going to be a new shuffled up raid roster.

I am not sure if I had mentioned on this forum and I saw I was put up to raider rank so just want to make sure I don't mess up a team. I am interested in raiding. I do not get home on Tuesdays until an hour after raid starts. There are some Tuesdays I can make it but the majority I will be at my son's scout meetings. So unless that is canceled I will not be online Tuesdays. I can make Friday and Saturday without an issue and would love to join up on those days. I think I mentioned this to Grimmie before I joined and was told it was ok to miss days but I am not sure I posted it here and wanted to make sure that was taken into consideration for the groups as needed.
