Hey all, I have to apologize to everyone who has been putting materials into the outfit craft. I was adding materials this morning while I was doing my personal crafting and talking in the background and made a huge mistake....I accidentally canceled our craft on the artisinal dye and we lost the mats that we had in there. I know some of you had real money involved in this as did I. I have put in a ticket to NCSoft explaining the situation and hopefully we can get our mats back, worst case scenario I will cover the cost on all the crystals if we have to start from scratch. If it comes down to not getting our mats back please let me know how much Ncoin those of you have put in for crystals and I will try to compensate if you are concerned with the loss. Again, I am really sorry that this has happened and I hope to hear something back soon.....

It is always a bummer when you miscraft something or lose mats for soemthing expensive. Hope the GM's can help you guys out.

I am not going to give up that easily, but it isn't looking good. I will keep trying to do what I can with some back and forth with the GM's. If nothing else I will start purchasing more Crystals tomorrow.

Well that sucks. If you don't get an answer back, I think we need to do is do the small craft of one at a time. Just incase something happens again.

Yeah, sounds like a plan. It will have to wait a couple days to do so though. Dragoon, Katzine and Shukrat are going to start a craft for their HM Pellet so the small workshop will be down for 3 days, this will give me a chance to get some more mirage crystals.

As previously stated, we will not be able to restore your items or refund the corresponding ncoins for each since the items were already used. I would like to inform you that upon cancelling an on-going craft the items that were involved will be automatically destroy by our system and it is working as intended.

That sucks but is not surprising. I remember when you were taking about this in TS and I would definitely go the twitter route to bring more attention to the issue. It is bad game design to allow mats to be used if a craft is canceled.
