Combat delay problems, crashing and days of headaches.

I heard 1-2 people with problems maybe not as bad as mine but here is the fix.
Asus caused it.
go to: task manager - services - AsusGameFirstService. select STOP
Delay should be gone

Asus makes alot of mobos and you might have one and not even know it.
