Re: Guild Meeting- Dec 4 @ 8pm(CST)
Sadly something has come up and I wont be able to make the meeting
Will there be a post of detailing the high lights of the meeting?

Re: Guild Meeting- Dec 4 @ 8pm(CST)
Good to meet everyone who was there tonight. Looking forward to seeing, and talking to, you in the game.
Re: Guild Meeting- Dec 4 @ 8pm(CST)
Sorry I missed it, I had a cranky wife tonight, so the evening went to her needs.
Looking forward to a write up and the next meeting.

Sorry everyone, I have been pretty busy this weekend. I will work on getting together some notes from the guild meeting, and try to have them posted within the next couple days. From this point on I will try to record all guild meetings.

Re: Guild Meeting- Dec 4 @ 8pm(CST)
Pretty much follow the Grievance code of conduct in game and in teamspeak. Keep things civil and mature. Leadership is expecting Teamspeak activity so even if you don't want to talk, should try to join TS just to listen in and get to know people. We briefly talked about crafting choices and how they are important for guild crafting later on. It sounded like most of us were picking different things and also that our spread of class choices seems fairly spread out as well.NatCole wrote:eeek! sorry to miss this one, it's December... busy month for shipping stuffs

Those are all the talking points I remember. So show activity in game and in teamspeak as often as possible so we can show the leadership within Grievance that we have what it takes to become an official Guild instead of an Embassy.
Anti Hero did I miss anything?

Thanks Eldaran!
Adding a few things
Upon reaching lvl 30+ all members are expected to start collecting Faction Insignia(s) from daily quests.
Pre-End game, Gold and Soulstones should be used for your personal progression before being donated to the guild.
Coordinate with the other crafters to see if there is anything they can help you with or you can help them with.
When grouping with other members for dungeons, try to get an idea of who needs what before you start a run. That way no one is outbidding others for items they don't need.
I would like all members to visit the Grievance forums at least 3 times a week, that way everyone knows what is going on in the guild.
If you decide to use the Blade and Soul Official forums please use your best judgement when commenting on a post or making a post. NEVER make a statement on Grievance's behalf.
I think that covers everything that we went over, if anyone has any other questions or ideas don't hesitate to ask or say them.
From this point on I will record all of our meetings and just post the recordings for everyone to listen to.
