They just announced on their twitch livestream that the Realms list will be posted on the Wildstar forums at 9:00AM PDT tomorrow morning.

There will be some discussion, but I hope we'll be able to announce the server choice in time for the Dominion meeting Thursday. I am glad we have time to plan it out.
