I'm going to respond to this post and then lock the thread. I don't like the path that this post can lead us down.

Yes, Grievance will be using a system that will help distribute loot to our raid attendees. What Grievance strives for in all our games is a system that will be fair for all involved. That is why we do not us loot councils. There is just too much favoritism that goes into a decision.

That being said, guild leadership is discussing various types of raid loot systems. As soon as the leadership of both factions has decided upon a system that is fair to all of us, a post will be made laying out the ground rules. Problems may be discussed privately with leadership and we will do our best to rectify the situation. But we must look out for Grievance as a whole, we want a guild that everyone can be proud of and enjoy their time playing in.

Thank you all and we intend on having loot rules up in time for raids (preferably well beforehand).
