Best Add Ons for PvP

I'd like to know what the best add-ons will be to use for PvP?

*It would also so be nice if someone could post a step by step tutorial so that those of us who are not tech savvy can get our add-ons setup correctly!

I saw Nazareth's post on how to in a different topic? It will be nice to have someone to bounce questions off of!

Use Minion to get your addons set up for you (also keeps them up to date).

I saw something on Gamefaqs about them doing something to API (Whatever that is?)
