I had a similar issue for the last time I participated in a weekend event...

When you get a key from Alienware, it will be sent via your e-mail, usually an hour or so later after pressing the Request button on their website... Their web servers can't seem to handle so many peeps logging in at one time, so it tends to be a bit laggy first thing in the morning, just be persistent...
