I agree 100%. It sounds like the penalty is pretty steep, so I am thinking they are trying to avoid this also. I dont know if this was confirmed but some people are saying that if you attack another player and they dont fight back, you get a debuff that allows anyone to attack you without repercussi...

The pvp is confusing because they have a ton of ways to pvp and some kinda gray area rules. For example, after 40 you can be killed almost anywhere.
