They have already said that guild leaders and officers HAVE to have a premium account. The main reason for this is to keep all the F2P people from forming a bajillion guilds and to encourage the F2P people to look to the guilds that are already out there. It is possible they have added that to Cosmic Rewards. But to get there you have to have a premium sub anyway or buy CREDD which is the same thing lol.
Personally I think its silly...but even SWTOR is that way. Gotta sub to be a guild leader...or it falls to the next subbed person.

I spoke to a gm and it is confirmed that any guild leader must have a premium account in order to keep the guild in tact. Officers must also be premium accounts .

Fair enough. I wonder what that Cosmic reward means then? I wish the rewards had tooltips for more info on them.

Gah! 9 days!!!!!!!
I'm simultaneously excited and sad. Excited for F2P. I do so love this game. Sad because I'm flying to St. Louis for work on 29th and won't be back home till the 3rd. I'm hoping to be able to sign a little bit that week but I doubt it will be too much.
