You could get someone to pick up some gauze for you from a local drugstore, stuff some in there and hold pressure with your jaw. Uhh, just don't go to sleep like that, could be bad.

I'm doing that to. Slept with tiny pieces so I didn't like suffocate or something. I think it's better I'm just being extra careful. I DO NOT want dry socket. Thanks everyone for the advice and concern.
