I think I figured out the rights to upgrade issue, but have not tested it. There is a claim button that needs to be clicked to claim the building and then that player has rights to upgrade. Then the next person can click the claim button and initiate the next upgrade.
At what island upgrade level is there a farm plot?

All buildings have been updated to journeyman. They need to have the next upgrade queued up. I don't have permission or I'd of started it.
God I forgot how grindy this game was.

How would I go about getting an invite to the guild? I haven't seen anyone on teamspeak when I've been on yet. Is there a certain person I should whisper?
