I setup a 20man dedicated server to play around with through host havoc. The server is based on east coast so should ping pretty well for most of us.
PVE Casual no drop on death no-nude
Can be reached at 167.114.101.65:27079
It also comes up on the server browser if you search Soulmates Server

Some of us started on the following server:
PvE > (Any game mode/ random) > #64 hosted by PingPerfect
Gameplay is very similar to Arc. If you've played Arc, you won't be lost.
Wherever you spawn, follow the road for best results. Grab stuff along the way.
In the mountains you will find water and resources....best be outfitted by then. Axes and hatchets can finally gather from rocks and plants here.
"E" gathers from the environment.
If no canteen, drink from the water by looking at it and pressing "E".
Best food early in the game is bugs from searching bushes.
Watch out for nudity. Believe it or not, there is a ...ahem...male endowment slider!

You can also access and refresh the server list through Steam.
1) Open Steam
2) View -> Servers
3) Change game to Conan Exiles, Anti-cheat to secure
4) Search for "Official server #64 - Pingperfect.com" or Friends tab if you have Steam friends playing the game
5) Add server to favorites
Now you ca join the game without the laggy server refresh rate!
