Yes and no Nat lol. If a KFM or BM actually spec for threat, and get a few seconds to gain aggro they should be able to maintain that aggro throughout the fight unless there is a huge gear score difference between the tank and dps. And if there is a SUM in the group their cat should actually act as a off tank only when needed, ie: grabbing adds or rounding up groups of mobs. The cats threat is on a timer with a CD, where a KFM and BM threat should be generated through dps and counters, so there is no real downtime on aggro.

This discussion is getting off topic. This was to show interest in forming teams to knock out difficult content effectively.

But how I envision this.

KFM/BM/cat(must spec into tank mode)

Support
FM or SMN

2 dps no doubles from this category
FM/sin/BD/DES/SMN(only if not 2 smn already)

Yes I know any party can be setup. But this thread was to get a feel who has serious interest.

As a FM. I'm rarely not tanking/kiting... we'll see how blood/nightshade goes next week but everything out now none of it needs a dedicated tank class. Or maybe they aren't speced for +threat? All I know is I get the bosses on me a lot and just deal with it pretty easy.
