Well said Kannon!

While I enjoy the friendly rivalry with the exile side when it comes down to it they are part of the family.

and Nionya Chua would see that trap a mile away we are the masters of traps.

As a Grievance member, no matter what side you choose, you'll have many great people to game with. Like Kannon, I'm always frustrated to see our great guild split between factions. I would gladly group with a chua as long as it was a Grievance member. Non-Grievance chua I just scrape off the bottom of my boots. Basically, play whatever makes you happy and it'll out work out great for ya either way.

Kannon wrote:Here you present a large problem, both factions of the game are a ton of fun to play. Both guilds we are going to have in the game are full of some really awesome people. You don't know how much it pains me that we have to separate Grievance like this because I have had so much fun playing on the Exile faction with everyone.

Both sides have fun quest lines, each has its own sense of humor and unique story lines. There is no good way of telling you what faction to choose and any opinions we offer you will be jaded. Whatever your choice, rejoice in it and know that you are with a fine group of friends!

Wow! Well said my friend, well said.

"Non-Grievance chua I just scrape off the bottom of my boots."

I find it funny that you say that, i have always played in the manner that whether or not -this faction or the other-, -this guild or the other-, anyone in trouble or not,to help when it's needed has payed off. I get the faction thing, the guild thing, but to be able to jump in and help someone in need and walk away with a 'thank you' has always been the best part of the mmo game. A simple acknowledgement of time spent has been enough for me.
I have been in some tough situations and found help when least expected, no matter what game i played, what faction i played, or what guild i was in, and was grateful when such a time arose and have been more than gracious in my gratitude.
To think we have separated ourselves so far as to think that faction should determine our repair bill is ludicrous, the best game ever played is the one in which we help each other enjoy, and yes to be at 5% health and get help from someone 20 lvls higher than ourselves is fun in and of itself.
My 2 cents

As a new member i don't want to over step my bounds, but without calling you out, as an officer maybe less is more?

It's quite all alright. Allow me to squash this if you will. Those here in Grievance that know me know that I pick a lot in good jest but I'm not the least bit serious with my joking. I know it can be hard to see when it's in writing but I assure you that my statement was just a friendly roll play banter. I have never been nor ever will be nasty or disrespectful to any person, Grievance or otherwise. I'm sorry you took that statement the wrong way.

I was 100% decided on exiles and Aurin as main, however after my brother played both sides he seems to be leaning towards going Dominion as hes loves the "forceful Empire" feeling.

So it's pending on where he goes as I will be sticking with family regardless of my own faction preference

I personally was leaning towards Exile when the game first started showing us videos and pictures. I was intent on being a bunny! However...after getting into the winter beta, and playing both sides, (after learning of the Chua!) I am most definitely dedicated to the Dominion cause! Not to say I won't make an alt or two on the other side, but I do say I prefer the Dominion. And that is a first for me, usually I gravitate to the "Good" side...I have to say this game is bringing out the "Bad Girl" in me
