I'll probably partake in all aspects of pvp it would be cool to get an arena team together.

Indeed we will be rolling on PvE servers. This is what Grievance has always done in the past, so that will not change for Wildstar.

However, we will have plenty of folks wanting to PvP in a structured environment.

Personally, My first character in an mmo was on a PvP server, I leveled all the way to 80 with her, and would never do it again. Something about being camped for so long while trying to quest that got old really quick. Id rather not have my time in Nexus turn into a pvp match for hours, instead of actually gaining xp via questing. That's just me.

I enjoy pvp about 40/60 leaning towards pve content. Love the warzones and warplots but not sure if I will get into the arenas or not - we'll see.

The systems they have in place for this game should make pvp really fun! I don't normally enjoy that aspect of mmo's but I am really looking forward to it in Wildstar. Warplots will be alot of fun and well as folks have said, there are plenty of ways to provoke open world pvp. Even on a pvp server.

I will be in for some PvP...

Curious to see what the queuing system will be cause it is always fun to go after the other faction of your same guild! I remember some pretty fun WZ when you are going against your guildies!

They've announced that PVP kills will reward xp. I found the article when I was looking for realm types somewhere on the MMORPG site.

'You will be able to level via PvP. You can earn experience off of player kills in the Battlegrounds and through player kills in world PvP. So, there is a little bit of incentive to kill your enemy, outside of the enemy just being an opposing faction player, on either Ruleset, because heÔÇÖs probably worth some XP.'

Hello Everyone

I would say it really depends on the game and how well the PvP is done. I did a lot in WoW, and Warhammer. I did some in Star Wars (both games), more to get the Mods from the high level gear in SWTOR. I did a little in Neverwinter when the PVP bonus came up and at level 60 to get gear.

However i have skipped it in a lot of games, partially those that i played when not in a guild. Clearly now I am in a guild.

Still a lot depends on how much i will enjoy PvP compared to the other parts of the game

I'm into pvping as a group. I'm not really one to solo queue for pvp as most of the fun is playing with friends and guildies.

I'll queue solo but agree that GROUP on TS/Vent MUCH more fun!

I love me some PVP!! I will be having some friends join us and I know we will have an awesome arena team going! Excited!
