Overview of Groups
We are a collaborative group of raiders committed to challenging ourselves and supporting each other in the interest of the group’s long-term performance. As a raider of your team you can expect a positive, resilient atmosphere, precise feedback, fight preparation, insight and resources into how to improve the many facets of your game, and a team to support you while we enjoy the process of individual and team progression.

These Groups are looking for consistent raiders who want to progress at a solid pace through Normal and Heroic content, while clearing it without having to sacrifice as much time in their personal life worrying about ranking. We will try to accommodate "Family" and keep them together, but, progression needs to come first. We ask that you are understanding and selfless in the respect that if you are required to move to another group for a night, you are willing to do so without a fuss.

Expansion Launch New Raid Tier
With the launch of a new expansion we will always come across a problem where the majority of the raid groups will not meet the requirements in terms of Item Level. For the first Four (4) weeks of a Launch of the first Raid Tier of a new Expansion we will lower the required item level by 10 (330 ilvl for Normal & 345 ilvl Heroic), in order to have a full raid group. All other raid rules will apply. These item levels will go back to 340 ilvl for normal & 355 ilvl for Heroic as of October 2nd.

New Raid Group for BFA

Static Group (Group Name Subject to change)
Dawn of the Aspects (Jiofreed)
This group is laid back and casual while still maintaining moderate progression, and is a good environment for those looking to get back into raiding, looking to try raiding for first time, or looking for something with a more casual environment.

This group is for those who want to learn about and experience what it takes to be a progression raider. This group does not expect you to come in with all those skills and understanding in place already. We are here to teach you. We will teach, coach, mentor, explain, develop, critique, and motivate you but at the end of the day you will only improve if you want to implement what we show you and if you put in the effort.

Raid Schedule (Proudmoore)
The current schedule for progression is three nights per week and all such raids will start at 6PM server (PST) and run until 8PM Server (PST) with an Optional Hour on Friday and Saturday.

Dawn of the Aspects (1 Group)
  • Tuesday
    Uldir 6PM PST - 8PM PST
Normal (Ilvl 340) Heroic (Ilvl 355)
  • Friday

Normal (Ilvl 340) Heroic (Ilvl 355)
  • Satuday
    Uldir 6PM PST - 8PM PST
Normal (Ilvl 340) Heroic (Ilvl 355)

Note: Once Normal is completed, will advance into Heroic Raiding Content

Allied Groups (Group Names Subject to change)
Peace Keepers (Swim) and Warbringers (Mintolos)
Peace Keepers and Warbringers will be a home to raiders who want to enjoy a Allied raiding group that is fun, positive, and all-inclusive, and spends the time efficiently during the six hours plus of raiding per week, in order to progress into further heroic raiding content with raiders who are new to heroic content alongside seasoned veterans. These groups are chill and forgiving as we all want to work together to improve, get bosses down, and have fun. This is a good environment for people who want to raid more of a mix difficulty. While not the best place for a brand new raider however if one has the drive to improve and work with the raid to down bosses there couldn’t be a better place.

Peace Keepers and Warbringers are looking for raiders who are responsible, dependable, mature, and have previous experience in heroic raiding. Our aim is to push content at a rapid pace, with enough time before the next content patch to assist our other raid groups achieve the goal of completing heroic content. In return, we offer a healthy, fun, non-toxic raid environment where we clear content quickly and efficiently. Our aim is to create a space that allows each member to perform at their highest level.

Note: Both groups will be made so that they are fair and equal, just like Legion raiding. They will be adjusted and fixed on a 3-4 week rotation until they are equal in strength.

So there was some confusion with how this was worded so im going to attempt to better explain it.

Static Group
Dawn of the Aspects, will be running 3 nights of Normal raiding at the start of every raid tier until they have completed normal then they will start making there way into Heroic raiding Progression. Which in turn will start to look like 2 Nights of Normal and 1 night of Heroic. If the raid leader feels they are progressing smoothly im sure he will make it 1 night of Normal and 2 nights of heroic until such time there is no need for normal.

Allied Groups
PeaceKeepers and Warbringers, Will be running 3 nights of Normal at for 2 weeks of the start of every raid tier. This will allow slower raiders to catch up to the heroic raid requirements. Once the 2 weeks is over they will go into there raid schedule of 2 nights of Normal and 1 night of heroic. If the raid leaders feels they are progressing smoothly im sure they will make it 1 night of Normal and 2 nights of heroic until such time there is no need for normal. Once they have completed Normals and both Raid leaders of each group have agreed then they will switch there focus to Heroic raiding progression.

Note: Both raid leaders of the Allied Groups will have to be in agreement to make changes to the switching of Normal and heroic Days.

Once both Allied Groups have finished early for the week and have time to spare they will be asked (But not required) to assist they other Allied Group as well as the New Group. With all the Great people in our guild i dont see this being a problem.

Due to the short time span of getting gear and item level up to par we have decided to do the following for the first 4 weeks of a Launch Raid Tier.

Expansion Launch New Raid Tier
With the launch of a new expansion we will always come across a problem where the majority of the raid groups will not meet the requirements in terms of Item Level. For the first Four (4) weeks of a Launch Raid Tier of a new Expansion we will lower the required item level by 10 (330 ilvl for Normal & 345 ilvl Heroic), in order to have a full raid group. All other raid rules will apply. These item levels will go back to 340 ilvl for normal & 355 ilvl for Heroic as of October 2nd.

How to get gear
Normal Dungeons - Item Level 310
Heroic Dungeons - Item Level 325
Specific World Quests - Item Level 325
Mythic 0s - Item Level 340
Emissaries - Item Level 340
World Bosses - Item Level 355

But for a good view on all that BFA will have to offer please vist Gearing up in Battle for Azeroth on the WoW Head site for a full description.

So there was some confusion with how the groups will work

Static Group (Single Group)
Dawn of the Aspects, will be a solo group that once you sign up to it thats it unless you choose to switch to the Allied Groups.

Allied Groups (2 Groups)
PeaceKeepers and Warbringers, Will be our 2 Allied (Balanced) Groups. This will mean that myself along with the raid leaders will be in constant chatter on how to make both of these teams fair in terms of completion of the Normal and Heroic raiding content. We will be going through Warcraft logs and other websites to figure this out. We hope to have the groups balanced to within 1 boss.
