Raid Analyzed (Jan 16th - 20th)

So what i am looking at doing is starting to take the Warcraft Logs of each week and posting them as well as connecting them to the WoW Analyzer. What i want our raiders to do is check them out. See what your doing wrong and see how you can improve. This goes for all of our raids to the people that are doing Great, Good and Struggling. Please take the time and help your self out. Thank you, Cata. I'll be the first to admit that I may have gotten a little complacent, thinking I'm on the upper end of maximizing my DPS to my gear potential, but this site is giving me some good insight and some things I'll have to experiment with.
