Raid info update

We have gone over 1 portion of the raid information that was written poorly. i have now updated it.

This is the OLD rule
Healers - Only you will know if your doing poorly. Please be honest when you are. But again if your Raid awareness is poor you will be asked to sit out for the boss fight. Please work on a DPS spec.

This is the new Rule.
Healers - Pulling inadequate Healing (Not HPS). Failure to follow mechanics (Knowing when big hits are coming). Performing poorly for your Class/Spec. If not having an adequate DPS off-spec when the raid down sizes, you will be asked to sit. Please contact your fellow healers for more information.
