Raiding when new raid comes out.

Hello every one. Just thought I get every one prepared for when the new raid comes out. I am going to be changing the raiding scene up a bit. I know that we been doing not too bad with how things been going but we struggled a bit towards the end. Lots of tempers flared up when we had to remove lots of people just to get the kill on guldan. So I have thought long and hard on this and I think the best course of action is to attempt to turn grievance into a hard core raiding guild.
I am going to go through the logs and any one doing under 550k dps single target and 900k dps multi target will be removed. We are going with 1 healer of ever spec. But must be doing 300+ hps. Also for tank we want to have a Brewmaster monk and a demon hunter or warrior. We will be also be going down to one raid group and have to do some hard recruiting.
But seeing how this is april 1st. And I like to be a joker I hope you all know this is truly a lie... April fools to you all. We would never do anything like this. You all are 100% never in fear that I would ever consider doing this to you all. I just like the jokes.
