Preliminary Raiding Requirments: 9/20 - 10/3

September 20th is when raiding opens up in Legion. During the first few weeks, we will be running with 1 group at a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis of members that meet ALL requirements detailed below.

Raid size will be dependent on number of healers available that meet raid requirements. If we cannot take everyone, please remember that officially sanctioned 2-Group raiding begins 10/04/2016.


Emerald Nightmare Normal Preliminary Raiding Requirement:
ilvl 835+
Rank 15 Main Artifact (Requested Off-Spec switching requires only 1 gold dragon)
Legion level Flasks, Food, Enchants, Gems required PRIOR to raid start time. (Cheaper Legion stuff is okay prior to 10/4.) Will be lenient on the Neck Enchant prior to 10/4 due to price concerns.
WoD level buffs will not be acceptable.
Legion Runes are optional.
Pre-raid basic knowledge of fight through self-study via Fatboss/Icy Veins guides.
Required Addons installed.
2 Hour Raiding Time with one 5 minute break at around 7:00pm server.

Expectation for those coming in on 9/20 is to have read up on the first 3 bosses on normal: Nythendra >>> Elerethe Renferal >>> Il'gynoth.



Required Addons
DeadlyBossMods - VEM - BigWigs - Any Boss mod will do, you just need to have one installed and updated.
ORA3 - is a raid requirement, this allows raid leaders to track important items such as raid cooldowns as well as check gear, latency, repair status ect.
GTFO provides an audible alert when you're standing in something you're not supposed to be standing in.
Exorsus Raid Tools Helpful addon for raiders, especially for raid leaders and officers.


Raiding Schedule:
Tuesday: 6:00pm - 8:00pm Server
Friday: 6:00pm - 8:00pm Server
Saturday: 6:00pm - 8:00pm Server


Please be aware that for the time being, we only have 2 hours of raid time so we must make the most of it. Please come fully repaired/prepared and ready to raid PRIOR RAID START TIME as every minute counts.


Changes to requirements will be made prior to official guild raiding on 10/04/2016.
For now, the known changes are:
3rd Relic Slot unlocked and filled.
Best available Legion level Flasks, Food, Enchants, Gems required. (As long as prices are not insane then)

More information on 10/4 changes will be provided after preliminary raids have taken place.


Last but not least, welcome back to New Content raiding! Be ready to wipe. A LOT. It has been a while since we had to as we were very comfortable with HFC for the longest time. Do not get yourself down if we wipe. It is all part of the raiding experience. Just keep your cool, focus on what can be changed to take down the boss, and be ready and willing to face the slaughter! Muahaha.

But most importantly, remember to have fun.

Just for clarification for prior to 10/4: Legion food at 300 or 375?

300 is fine prior to 10/4.

Prices will determine if we will still allow 300 as of 10/4.

Also we have a lot of members who got lucky with cooking recipes so dont be afraid to reach out and provide them the mats to cook something you need.
