Ilvl
We will need all members to be 720 - 725 ilvl min. This is not hard to achieve if your showing up to the raids. Getting your Cache from the shipyard as well as running mythic dungeons every week for a chance at gear that is mythic raiding quality.

Valor
All of your gear on your toon must be 2/2.

Ring
Must be a min of 774 ilvl ( Not hard to get with Valor and Arch kill every week )

Proper Group Make Up
We will be hand picking whos going and whos sitting.. So dont get butt hurt upset if your not being picked... Hate to say it.. people are going to be picked over a lot of different ways. DPS - Damage Done - Healing - Tanking and the ability to stay alive through out whole fight. People that are showing up day in day out and assisting in helping others get gear as well. Not skipping out on other raid events cause there over geared because of it. It is what it is everyone.

what if i meet the criteria except the ring? I was gone for a while so getting all the valor at once for ring upgrades and for my new item upgrades has been a challenge
