People have been getting burnt out and tired of the same raid tier for this long. We have had people leave.. but we have also had new people show up. As it currently stands we do 3 nights a week and 2 hours each night with 1 hour extra on the Friday and saturday raid. From what we are gathering is the following.

As of Tuesday oct 3rd we had a Raider meeting to ask the raiders the following questions.

1. Reduce the times of our Friday and Saturday raid by 1 hour and only got from 6 till 8 server time.

Looks like lots of people liked the idea of taking out that last hour do to people start getting tired with in that last hour of playing.

2. Take out one of the raid days. Either it be Friday or Saturday.....Freeing up the weekend more for people.

So from what the masses said is They would like to Remove the Saturday Raid and make it an open night. Were you do not have to be on and we will hold on the Calendar a sign up and if people are here we can go do something... either alt night or progression with less ppl (If we have the healers or tanks or DPS to do so)

3. Redo our whole raid team by doing a complete swap out. Meaning that we will Switch our mains and start over from scratch. Im sure there are some people that would love this.

We are going to give everyone until Next tuesday (One week from Oct 3rd) to make a toon switch and change your main to a new main. Please keep in mind that we still need Tanks.. Healers and DPS to keep moving forward.

So i need to hear from all of you on this matter... i have heard from all the raiders that were on Tuesday the 3rd of Oct. So please voice your concerns and questions.

While I voted for option 1, I thought I should warn people we do down more bosses the first time after Cata logs for the night

Friday and Saturday have never affected me bc I can never make them (well except for that once) so I'll let others vote. And if we switch, well I'm still going to want to play my druid. So yeah. I'll be vote less for now

I am not going to vote because I am also willing to do whatever the group decides as a whole, I love raiding and having fun with our guild. That being said I want us as a guild to do whatever it takes and whatever format we need to for our members to enjoy playing this game. If that means people play other toons or less nights or whatever allows them to enjoy raiding.
