Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
We've noticed that a number of people have had to miss a raid day, primarily Friday and/or Saturday. We want to revisit the question of "what days work best for your Summer Schedule."
Based on the previous poll, we also noticed that a number of people had asked to have at least one weekend day off from raiding because of summer things that happen during the summer time.
We also are aware that for a number of our members, who have families/children, the weekend works best. We also know that a number of our twenty-something single people like to have a part of the weekend free. Ultimately, we want the schedule that works best for the majority of our raid team. We aren't necessarily looking to switch from raiding both Friday and Saturday, but this is good opportunity to reevaluate our raiding schedule during the summer. Please note that once the summer ends we will be reverting back to our Tuesday, Friday, Saturday schedule unless some unforeseen circumstance happens.
When voting, if you could kindly post below stating why you voted the way you did so that we can have some contex.
Thanks!

Re: Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
I like Tuesday simply because it's the day that everything resets and I'll be on anyway. Thursday is great for me because my last class gets out at 8 pm EST (5 pm server) so I won't have to work at night for that. Friday is good also because I'm usually always free Friday nights. But to be honest, I'm impartial. I'll never have to work past 8 pm with my current job from what I've seen. And if I do, well, we have off-tanks.

Re: Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
I marked Friday and Saturday, but bear in mind that I doubt I'll be able to do any raiding this summer... but not for a lack of interest!
Re: Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
Since WoW is my time sink/hobby, I can raid pretty much whenever. Schedule that's going now is fine with me.

Re: Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
The current days are good for me. I can raid on the weekend but currently can not during the week.
Re: Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
I like Tuesdays because of the reset; always enjoy begin the raid week on the reset. I also like Thursdays as I've always enjoy raiding right before the weekend. Finally, I would like one weekend night off a week because my summer will become a lot busier here in the next week or so and last until the end of August.

Re: Raid Days Poll for the Summer Months
As I go into work on Monday's neither Sunday nor Monday are good for me. Having Saturday free means I would not have to schedule any weekend projects around raiding (has occasionally caused spousal friction.)
