Raiding Meeting Results

[Cataclysm]

The overall goal of our raiding meeting or Town hall meeting was to give people the chance to voice there Problems, Issues and/or Concerns they might have with how the raid is going. It was something new to try out. For the most part it went rather well and it was what we were looking for from all of you so i thank you for assisting us and coming forward. If you missed it and did not get to voice your concerns please consult with your Raid Leaders of the group you are in or Please come forward to myself or Skye. You can also come forward to other officers. But please go to your Raid Leaders first.

What we did get from the meeting was that we need to start working more towards being a TEAM. With team being said if we break down the letters of Team it spells out.

T = Together
E = Everyone
A = Achieves
M = More

We need to learn that with out the TEAM we will not move forward within our progression of both raid groups. We need to assist others if they are not doing well in there areas. Such as DPS - Healing - Tanking - Raid Awareness - Deaths - Self rezing. These are just some of the areas that we need to work on. We have said it time and time again that if you are excelling in your area of expertise that you need to assist your fellow TEAM who play the same class as you. Instead of cutting someone down Openly or behind there back lets try and chat with them after the raid or another day and start boosting them up and give them advice on how to change things. We need to come together as a TEAM.

We have a great alliance guild here were we have 2 raid groups that we can view logs.. But we also have something that lots of other guilds dont is we also have a great Horde side were they have a raid group there as well that have logs. so we as GRIEVANCE as a whole we have 3 raid groups with the potential to have 90 people on logs that we can view. So use this to our/your advantage.

Another good point that was brought up and talked about was what the raid leaders do. They have to make sure they are Calling everything out. Check live logs. Check whos doing Good DPS, Good Dmg done, Ask healers whos taking the most dmg, whos not inturpting, etc...etc...etc. This is alot for one person to do and for the most part they have gotten alot of you to assist and this is great.

But... what we dont need is 15 people talking, trying to change raidleaders mind mid fight, saying there dead, calling out others. If you are not an Raidleader, Officer, or someone appointed by the raid leader, Please dont talk. If you have some suggestions please let the raid leader know they might let you talk about it, they might get you to type it to them, they might get with you after the raid or at a later date and chat about it with you. If you wish to keep disrupting the raid in these manners you might/will be asked to sit. Please remember to respect what the raid leader is doing they have alot on there plates.
