I asked the Warrior Tank community that's on Mythic EN clear on what I should be doing different after showing the logs and they said to do P1-P2 like this..
"The tank with dream should tank the add, the tank without dream should tank the boss
when the boss tank needs to get dispelled, you (dream tank) taunt the boss, he runs out and get dispelled
then he runs back and takes the boss again"...
It makes things soo simple that means less spikey damage overall in P1, helps heals stay asleep more when they dont have to despell both of us, help save BIG CD's for P2 and P3, and we can focus on our targets more for defensive purposes until 65%.
we should be kicking ourselves for not realizing this strat sooner.
I also got some timing advise on which CD should be up on Dispell each time.

only works if both tanks have a leap, learn to do it the right way.

If it helps you any, the WoW Horde raid team runs with a Blood DK and Druid. Echelon's strat is the one that we use.

Working hard for something we don't care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion.

Why would both tanks need a leap if add is not in between dispell area and boss?
(dispell area)-------Boss--Add
If done positioning like that I dont see a need for leap.
If done correctly only Boss tank should really get dispelled because add tank wouldn't have boss long enough to get a stack.

Tanking Xavius and the add is easy stuff. Both strats are legitimate.
