Bless Guild Leader?

Hey guys, I've had some people hit me up in BDO about whether or not Grievance will have a guild in Bless. Do you guys already have a guild leader selected and a plan to launch full guild stuff at the start of the game?

it will probably start as an embassy and an official leader will probably be appointed by Lotharen the Embassy Director
