Keep doing what got you to 49: road to greatness every day since you can store up to 2000% XP before capping.

The option for you is if/when you continue to increase your character level. Going to 50 moves you into a new pvp bracket and starts to open new dungeons which may give you items for the 50-59 bracket. If you know your class well you can get away with leveling up to 52-54 (maybe a bit higher) before you have your 49 gold set ready (at the least main hand/offhand and rings). Depending on your luck or lack there of to get your main and off hand requires 8 Mist of Jade; so lucky drops plus we can purchase 1 per week (2 at level 4 Demonslayer).

Or you can just keep increasing your level and know that it'll be rough going and you may have bad experiences in groups because you can't pull your weight. Just remember this game is VERY gear dependent even though skill can over come a lot in the action combat setting.

To add to what Sera wrote, make sure you are "mentoring" low level players through their dungeons. This earns you Imperial Society points, which you use to buy materials for making your gold gear. You will need a TON of it.
For example each Silverstone that you have to buy for your gear will cost 2000 points, each oiece of gear uses at least one silverstone.
