SSSSSOoooo I found out how to finish that quest!
You need to kill 1000 small creatures. While doing this you may also get a BUNCH of other achievements for slaying specific numbers of specific small creatures. Here is a hand dandy list!

100 Frogs - Sulan Gardens (5535-855,105)
50 Dragonflies - Sulan Gardens (5535-855,105)
50 Coneys (Rabbits) - Bamboo Path (5600-524,2)
100 Huntsmen (Spiders) - (4822,1020,11)
100 Snakes - Immortal Annex (3205, 196, 78)
30 Penguins - TOP OF MAP
50 Scorpions - Karstwald (-1856,-193,
1 Parrot - Sidus Ur (1941, 687, 246)
1 Robin - Sidus Ur (1941, 687, 246)
30 Koi - Sidus Ur (1941, 687, 246)
100 Beetles - Chaffon Paddock (669,-259,19)
100 Rats - STreant Glade (180,-1895,0)
30 Geese - Seafarer's Wharf (5837,-1937,10)
50 Egrets = Muroc Wetlands (5645,331,1)

Once you kill your 1000th creature you will get the Full-time HunterÔÇØ Exchange Certificate which will allow you to turn in the quest.
