We would like to make you aware that we have sent out a Guild Name Change ticket to all guild leaders. Please check your inventory on the website ro.my.com/user/inventory as this is where you will find the ticket. To send it into the game please follow this guide.

Thank you for your continued patience on the matter. We hope you are now able to obtain the guild name you desired which was affected by the 8 character name limit.

Yup. The power of people putting tickets in and complaining with screenshots of the company's responses. I love that they fixed this and did this. Name is all better. =)
