WTFast works really well for me and its free for 14 days - should be more than enough to give you a feel for the game.

This has consistently brought my ping down from 430+ to 250 making even healing possible.

Other ping boosters of note:
Dolphin(Non-English) - I believe Anti-Hero was using this and he was also getting really good results
Netease(Non-English)

I tried Dolphin and it dropped my ping from 450 to just under 300. So well worth it to try one. I noticed a HUGE difference in game play.

I'm using Dolphin right now. Was pretty easy to setup, though apparently the free trial only works 10 times then you have to buy in. I'll probably switch to WTFast and try that out after this.

Dolphin dropped my ping from 300 to 200-250ish. So a little difference, not sure how noticeable that 50ms is since I didn't try playing without it (just didn't turn it on one morning to see what my base before was).

Damn 300 is great from where I'm sitting lol
