I scoured every tier 4-5 blue/yellow zone south of Fort Sterling and each zone has been over-farmed and jammed packed with people. It's been really tough farming a good source of these materials.

I know we can transmute T3 into T4, but it seems like a huge waste of materials.

Anyone know a good location?

Nope having the same issue. There areas are overly populated, 30-45 minute queue. They didn't spatial plan to handle the amount of people trying to play.

I'm hoping they don't add more server though, the devs just need to add more "instances" of the same zone to spread people out a bit.

More instances or more islands, they need something to space people out better.

I managed to get some IV stone last night.

Finished off the stone shop last night.
