Ok. After watching Foxtrot play this game and learning a bit more about it I have been tossing the idea around about getting into this one. My main concern is how much do I "want" to invest into it now. I have been burned so many times on the founder/preorder lures it has me a bit gun shy to drop any money on a game before it comes out.

Of all of you that are playing now....how much of an investment have you made? Basically what packs is everyone buying? Are you just getting the basic to get in, or have any of you actually dropped the $99 and plan to go all out here.

From what I've seen you can upgrade to the other packs if you want. So you can do the 29.99 one and upgrade if it's something you enjoy.

Yep found that out Also discovered you can purchase it with pay pal....so..... Thinking about the basic 29.99 pack. And that way if the game really does not agree with me I won't feel so very bad

Thinking the same. Will be next week though since the Division beta is this weekend. Too many games, not enough time.

I know! Tomorrow for me is the Black Desert CB2. So I have that for a week....gives me time to think on it a bit harder...and maybe for our tax return check to hit the bank!

You only Need the 29.99 pack then you can just invest in gold . The cool thing is each time they wipe they give you any gold you have bought back. This will also happen when it releases the next wipe is not for 4 to 5 months down the road so plenty of time to play the game.

Count me in to! Looks like something I might have a good bit of fun in.

It's definitely a lot of fun. I haven't had the chance to play much the last week (and there's BDO for the next little while plus launch), but as Fox said, it's in CBT until at least August so you can play as casually as you want. I'm waiting primarily for the next wipe where I'll push really hard at that point, and then at launch too. Great game though.
