For those who still don't know how the event works: Do Dungeons to get Pumpkin Spice Candy. Use Candy to transmute Jack O Lanterns (from Inventory). Transmute also has a chance to create RNG boxes INSTEAD of Jack O Lanterns (boxes can drop hat and outfit).

Take Jack O Lanterns to Spirit's Rest (near Profane Jianshi) in Moonwater Plains to exchange with Merchant (wears a pumpkin head).
