I found this on the official forums, very handy spreadsheet with checklists for all the moonwater dailies and breakdown of rewards. It may take all day to complete them all, but forming groups and being time efficient may help.

Good to know. Looks like I'm doing most of that daily, this is what i knock off in about 2 hours depending on how the PVP quests go:

E.Fleet (24man)
Big 4, Blackram Supply and Tome of Exiles
Misty Woods quests (Skyhaven/Watchtowers)
Misty Woods PVP quests
Hogshead PVP quests

Adding Hogshead, Lycandi and Sapphire questing seems like a lot of time/effort for 3g more. Necropolis might be worth it since it's all close together and Orchard is theoretically quick since it's 2 boss kills and a zombie sweep.
