How to avoid BETA Burn Out?

Seriously I am wondering about people tips and tricks to avoid Burnout but to get the most out of Beta weekends.
I am enjoing BnS, a lot. I skipped last BETA weekend to help with my Burnout issues.
It seems that leveling is pretty fast and hitting 45 will happen in a week or two of leveling. I have heard the dynamic of the game changes between 30-40 and becomes much harder (survival wise) and your talent spec change at this point, and then again (possibly at 45).
I want to be able to play and experience these changes and work on my builds/abilitites for PvE and PvP during testing. Especially in order to provide feedback. But I also know if I MAX out in BETA and do all the dungeons etc. I am not going to be excited about the game when it actually releases. So I haven't been playing...
...But I really want to...
Ack.
