It is a fully translated Skill builder. There might be some small changes in skill between what we have in CBT and this site. NCSoft claimed we would launch with the most current skill build, I don't know if that means we get what KR has right now, or if we get what they had at the time of the statement. Either way, I just thought some people might like to play around with this.

My problem is that I never played the game in any other region so Im not exactly sure what to put points into anyhow =D Though I suppose thats part of the fun of a new game!

Not sure what class you looking to play but if its either the destroyer or kung fu master check out the live streams as they have a guy on that talks about why he picked certain skills. I never played this game in another region either and found that part rather interesting.

Hey Khaz, think Im sticking with Blade Master. Its the only one Ive tried so far but I wanted to play it well before I was allowed into the beta to try it. Its awesome! =D. I do also have a Sin made, just havent taken it out to play just yet =p

In a livestream this past summer, the producer said that the game in NA would launch with the latest version of the game as played in Korea. However content above level 45 would be blocked. There are multiple reasons for this that probably aren't worth going into right now, but he implied that that particular decision was locked and would NOT be changed.

Oddly enough, if I remember correctly, his comments were made in the video announcing the results of the costume contest.

In at least two live streams they said we would be launching with 3.0 skills (I am like 95% sure this was said..) but people are claiming the CBT is running with 2.7? skills. That is why Anti is wording it the way he is. Of course this whole 2.x thing came from the beta forums so take it with a grain of salt.
