It popped up for me after I finished the download and hit the play button in the client.

I just presumed it was the NCSoft Google authenticator (which generates a 6 digit random number). I put in the authenticator number then the pin box went away and it said something like couldn't connect to server then closed the B&S window.

*edit: did it again and entered a random bunch of number, it kicked back invalid try. Put in the new google authenticator number and it went to the can't connect to server box. So that seems to be exactly what it's looking for; hopefully, you have your authenticator app installed on your phone/pc.

I downloaded, installed, it prompted me to create a pin and I did that.

After I entered a pin it said couldn't connect to server and exited. I assume i'm good.?.?... lol

Sera - yup its the authenticator that I set up for Wildstar guess its account wide not just for that game.
