Maybe my play times are odd, but I rarely see more than 1-5 players online at any given time in the alt clan. I also wouldn't be surprised if we have less than 50 total active players between the two clans.

I was at the meeting, but I just don't understand why the clans are being labeled pvp/pve when it has nothing to to with that and everything to do with minimum daily/weekly donation requirements.

Frankly, people were done a disservice from the beginning when more people were invited than there was room for and seemingly there was surprise over the clan member limits and ranking requirements, when that information had been public knowledge for quite some time. After, updated lists were promised and that never came to fruition.

Fast forward to now, and people are being restricted from joining the main clan after waiting weeks (due to newly implemented donation requirements), despite there being less than 60 posts here on the forums stating a clan preference. Again, I think its likely you have less active players than the maximum allowable amount of clan members even between the two.

Nonetheless, you have an additional spot after today and I wish you the best in your endeavors.

The clans being labeled pvp and pve are for organization and clan progression reasons. Everyone was given a choice as to which rule set they would like to follow. The "PVE" clan was given a no pressure/very casual play option for those who either don't have a lot of time to play or just don't want to get involved in PvP. The "PVP" clan was given a much stricter set of rules to follow and is being treated as if it were a raid group. Yes, it does have a lot to do with donations but it also means that you need to be willing to owpvp at a moments notice as well as help with the progression of the clan and come to the rescue of other members. The people who fall under the PVP rules are the defenders of the rest of our members.

I'm sorry you feel the clans were done a disservice with the way invitations were handled at launch. We ended up having far more people interested in the game than we were expecting and I agree that more of the members that actually "applied" to the game should have been invited before others but I was not available to be here during the first couple of hours of launch and the people that had been given invite rights did what they were asked to do.....make our clan, nothing more, nothing less. Grievance is a family, a very large family :) with over 10,000 members and if everyone one of those members logged into Blade and Soul and asked for an invite they would get one whether the "applied" or not. To touch base on the updated name lists, we had kept up with those to the point that everyone who was originally waiting to be invited, got invited. From the time that post was made we have still not unlocked more slots to bring more members in.

Going back to the "restrictions", the choice is up to the members how they want to play...I would like to see more members post their name on the forums as to which group they would like to be a part of but it is something that I cannot force people to do. Currently we have over 45 members active on the pvp side of things and at least 30 on the pve side of things, even if we wanted to we still cannot invite all of our active members to one clan due to size limits. On top of that I will be opening recruiting back up very shortly.

I am sorry if you feel that you have to leave to make your time in game more enjoyable but if that is what you decide I wish you the best of luck from here out, thank you for the time you have given us.

If any other members have an issue with the way something is please come to me personally, and we will try to get your issues or concerns taken care of as fast as possible.
