Certain features, including Divine Form, are not yet available in this current build of the game, which is a hybrid between the RU OBT launch client and what they have now. However this feature and others will be implemented in an update coming in the future.

And you can't unlock it until 30k+ prestige so no rush for most of us

Well the quest blocks after the 28k prestige one (farm demon essence) and I know a few of us are on that quest...

Seems you won't have to wait too much longer. It'll be part of the next major patch (though they didn't give a release date yet)
