Certain features, including Divine Form, are not yet available in this current build of the game, which is a hybrid between the RU OBT launch client and what they have now. However this feature and others will be implemented in an update coming in the future. ;)

And you can't unlock it until 30k+ prestige so no rush for most of us

Well the quest blocks after the 28k prestige one (farm demon essence) and I know a few of us are on that quest...

Seems you won't have to wait too much longer. It'll be part of the next major patch (though they didn't give a release date yet)
