$2.99 2500 Argents plus mount deal

Hi all,

For those of us without founders or CE, how valuable is the mount and is there anything worth buying for 2500 Argents?

(the first time you buy argents you get a bonus mount and 2500 is the smallest number of argents you can get)

You get 2 free mount just buy doing the quests. Both are temporary but I believe they both last 3 active hours (while you are riding them).

Except for the open area, I don't think a mount is really required.Most instanced zone are smaller and you have to stop every other step to kill a mob anyway. Only time you'll use a mount in the instance is if you wipe at the boss and have to walk back.

You can also buy one of the mount with Argent but i'm not sure how expensive it is.

Would I buy argent just for a mount? no, grind a bit and you can just buy the mount from the shop either by exchanging the credit for Argent or with the credit (depending on exchange rate one might be better than the other)

I'm still using the temporary mounts. I believe it was 2 hours for the Hornscute and 1 hour for the tractor (forget the actual name) - the horsncute has expired but I have ~50 minutes left on the tractor.

By doing the story quests you'll start getting Medium Spark Replicators which can be sold for 170 argents each. You can probably put those towards a more permanent mount.

Otherwise, having a mount from the purchase, you'll probably just end up converting the argents to credits. I haven't found many other uses for them so far, until they start adding more to the market.

Yeah, same. I got the $2.99 argent to pay for the premium status (the mount is nice). By-the-by, that $2.99 becomes $4.50 because of the Australian dollar

Anyways, I didn't use the mount all that much TBH. And now, I've got the temp tractor one from the quest. It's faster, if I want to go to a distant place on the map faster, but if you have premium, most likely you'll just teleport there.

At the end of the day, it's 3 bucks, if you are interested why not.

Yep, if I remember correctly, it was 50k credits along with the Hornscute mount.

Bonus credits don't come with the cheapest package but they do with all the others.

I ended up getting the $2.99 deal and I've only used the mount a little but it was worth three bucks.
