If you want to hide region chat, then do this.

1) Open you interface (press Y, B, P or w/e)
2) Press Enter
3) Right click on Region (or other chats), then click close.

Enjoy your spam free chat today!

To get it back:

1) Open you interface (press Y, B, P or w/e)
2) Click on Region chat in Recent Conversation
