You'll most likely need multiple classes in usable form and have to switch mid dungeon to a class that's beneficial for success. For example some bosses you just can't be in melee range without getting destroyed (unless you're a knight/paladin) which would make using a out slayer, berserker or ?monk? almost impossible. The devs said there were bosses that were the opposite as well though I haven't seen any (staying ranged gets you killed so everyone must melee).

That said, at 6k prestige it almost feels like you must group to do squad missions (or turn down the difficulty from the default suggested). Some of the instances I've done the last couple days I just think: wow, I have no idea how anyone who isn't a knight is going to solo this.
